2. Nature of the site
SAC Templates Hub is an independent project offering SAP Analytics Cloud templates and a model generator. SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud are trademarks of SAP SE. This site is independent and not affiliated with SAP SE.
2.1 — Commercial transparency. The site may feature affiliate links (paid on sale) or sponsored content; where applicable, they will be clearly labelled as such ("affiliate link" or "sponsored"). For custom needs, SAC Templates Hub acts as a referral partner with partner consultants and may receive a referral commission.
3. Data processed by the site
3.1 — Contact form data: name, email, message. Retention: the time needed to handle your request, not exceeding 3 years after the last exchange.
3.2 — Generator data in "Demo" mode: sector, KPIs, dimensions, audience entered. Used only to generate a synthetic template. Cached in memory for 30 minutes server-side, never persisted to disk.
3.3 — Generator data in "My data (CSV)" mode: your CSV file is processed 100% in the browser. Parsing, analysis, validation and SAC XLSX generation all run in your browser via JavaScript. No network request is sent to our servers for this content. You can verify this by opening developer tools (Network tab) during import. The final file is generated as a local Blob and downloaded by your browser. Aimed at organizations handling sensitive data (banking, insurance, pharma, healthcare).
3.4 — Server logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, kept 30 days for security. No third-party tracking cookies.
4. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies only: storing your consent choice (local storage). No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no Google Analytics.
5. Fonts
The Bricolage Grotesque, IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono fonts are self-hosted on the site server. No request is made to Google Fonts CDNs. Fully GDPR-compliant regarding fonts.
6. Processors and recipients
If the generative AI feature is enabled (the OPENAI_API_KEY environment variable set by the operator), the template names and KPI labels entered are sent to OpenAI (United States) for enrichment. No real customer data passes through OpenAI: only business labels (e.g. "ARR", "Churn") are sent. Disable AI by removing the key to stay 100% local.
6.2 — Premium kit payments. When buying a kit, payment and delivery are handled by a third-party payment platform acting as the official seller ("Merchant of Record" — e.g. Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, exact name to be confirmed at launch). As a recipient, this platform collects the data needed for the transaction (email, billing and payment data) and may be located in the EU or the United States. SAC Templates Hub never stores your card data.
7. Security
In production, the site must be served over HTTPS (TLS 1.3 recommended). Free catalog downloads are generated on demand. Delivery of future premium kits will be handled by the payment platform (a unique access link per purchase), so that no paid file is accessible without a purchase.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, portability and objection. To exercise it, contact us via the contact form. Reply within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
9. Intellectual property
Generated templates and downloaded files may be used freely for personal and professional purposes. The SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Planning trademarks remain the property of SAP SE.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated at any time. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. In case of a substantial change, a notice will be shown on the homepage for 30 days.
